Carrington Health Center is one of the finest and most up-to-date rural health care facilities in North Dakota. It boasts a new 25-bed critical access hospital featuring private rooms, laboratory, radiology, surgery, trauma, emergency room and other support services. Foster County Medical Center is a rural health clinic, with three family practice physicians and three physician assistants. More than 20 consulting specialists see patients in the clinic each month. CT scanning and ultrasound are available in-house, as well as nuclear diagnostic testing.
